A: In general, we use neutral packaging. The goods are first placed in a transparent bag, then wrapped in bubble wrap, and finally packed in brown cartons.
*If you have a legally registered patent, we can package the goods in your branded packaging box upon receiving your authorization letter.
A: It depends on the order amount:
For orders under $5,000, full payment is required upfront.
For orders over $5,000, we offer flexible terms: a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
*Before shipping, we will provide photos of your goods for verification. You’ll have the chance to review and confirm everything meets your expectations before settling the balance.

A: Generally, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
